Q: Will honda release a new civic in the phil. for the year 2007 or will they stick to the new honda civic 2006?
I just wanna find out if Honda will release a new honda civic this year because Im planning to buy a new one this January but hesitant because they might sell a new type of civic at the end of the year.
A: they are coming out with a mugen honda civic si sometime this year but its limited to only 500 cars per year. i just bought a 2007 Honda civic ex in december
Q: Does the coolant added to the new Honda Civic 2006 come with antifreeze?
Last year I bought a new Honda Civic 2006 EX. Now I am planning to visit Sking areas near to my place. I want to know the coolant came with this car contains antifreeze usually or not. I haven’t changed my coolant till now.
A: Yes, the factory coolant IS antifreeze. If you need to know your current freeze point, the shop that does your oil changes should be able to test it for you. If you have never added anything to it, you should be OK on a 2006. Have the coolant changed every 3 yrs. or 30,000 miles.
Antifreeze and coolant are the same thing. One liquid that does two jobs.
Q: How much did you pay for new honda civic 2009?
I am look at a new honda civic what is a good price to pay.
A: This is the ABSOLUTELY the best way to shop.
Go to Honda.com, build the Civic you want, and click on different dealers to have them contact you.
Now, DO NOT GO IN. Just tell them you don’t want to waste their time, but DEFINITELY don’t want to waste yours, and you’re looking for White Civic Sedan LX, period. What’s the your best offer OTD (out the door with tax)?
If they won’t give you a number, tell them you will go in when NO OTHER dealers give you any quotes over the phone or thru e-mail.
Do this through Cars.com, Edmunds.com, and Carsdirect.com.
Make sure you write down which dealer’s what salesperson gave you what kind of deal, ’cause after a while, everyone sounds the same.
If you’re in CA, where dealers are everywhere, you should be able to get any color of any Civic for the absolutely best price you can get, as there’s no such thing as “limited” or “rare” Civic anymore.
Be patient. Most dealers and salesperson, will call you back in a week after a failed negotiation over the phone or e-mail, to see if they can convince you to buy a car from them.
When you do go in to finalize your deal, MAKE SURE you QUESTION any extra fees when you’re signing the final papers/agreement. Usually, they try to stick in a PDI (pre-delivery inspection) for $300 ~ $600, which is BS. No such thing. Tell them you don’t want it. YES, you don’t want your car inspected before delivery. If they said they can’t take it off, or it’s already done, tell them you want to buy a car that’s not inspected, or need another day to think about it. Usually, they’d know you know what’s up, and they’ll take it off.
Good luck!
Q: What types of Questions should I ask when I buy my new Honda Civic?
Well I have decided to get a car for school and after much research I will probably get a Honda Civic. What types of Questions should I ask when I buy my new car? how do I not get ripped off and taken advantage of? any suggestions?
A: All cars have a suggested retail price that is posted on the window. You can start your negotiation based on that. Once you have decided what car you want, buy the main Sunday newspaper in the city where you live. Look at the automotive classified section and see at what price the various dealers in your area are advertising the car that you want. That should be your target price. When they get you in the finance office do not buy the extended warranty or any of the other stuff that they will try to sell you. Compare financing with your bank because the dealer will try to add interest to the loan. Also don’t buy any dealer added accessories like alarms, fancy wheels, after market sunroof etc. Other than that make sure you like the car because once you drive it away you can not take it back.
Q: How much does the new Honda Civic cost?
Hi, my mate thinks that her new Honda Civic costs £32,000……i still think that the max. you could buy one for is £20,000…is she right or is she bragging ?
A: 32,000 is too much for a civic… the SI is probably around 22,000 and the other ones are less, around 15-20 thousand…
Q: Is the Honda Civic a good first car for a new driver?
I am a 16 year old driver and I was looking at the 2 door 2010 or 2009 new Honda Civic. Is the car and insurance affordable? Is it a safe car? I’ll take any information about it!
A: You also should compare car insurance quotes for cars before buying one, for example here – carquotes.fateback.com
Q: How much does a sales person make on commison for a new Honda Civic?
How much does a sales person make on commison for a new Honda Civic?
does anyone know
??
A: On a typical new Honda Civic sold at retail price, including GAP insurance without an extended warranty, your salesperson would make about $150-400. This depends on several factors…buyers credit score, total percentage of markup in vehicle. Usually Honda salespeople get paid between 20 and 30 percent of the dealership’s profit on the vehicle. They are also commissioned on the financing percentage (hence the credit score comment). This can get complicated though. I would say $280 is a good average total commission on a new Honda Civic. A used Civic could be up to $1500.
Q: Can any body tell me which is a better car Toyota Corola or the new Honda Civic ?
Can any body tell me which is a better car Toyotas Corola or Honda Civic the new version. The parameters that I want an evaluation on are a) Comfort in city and long distance b)reliability c) Fuel mileage d) aesthetics and e) resale value.
A: Performance
Both the Toyota Corolla and the Honda Civic are likely to feel a little slow because of their high horsepower-to-weight ratio.
Handling
The Honda Civic and the Toyota Corolla have approximately similar tires. With their similar turning circles, the Civic and the Toyota likely handle approximately the same into and out of tight spots.
Drivetrain
The Corolla has no lessons to learn when it comes to torque from the Honda Civic.
Utility
Neither the Corolla nor the Honda Civic has a marked advantage with respect to seating capacity.
Comfort
Taller drivers will markedly enjoy the extra head room in the Corolla’s front cabin compared to the Honda Civic. While the rear of the Toyota Corolla offers a bit more head- and leg-room than the Honda Civic, there frankly isn’t much of a difference.
Dimensions
Both the Toyota Corolla and the Honda are likely to feel a bit sluggish because of their high horsepower-to-weight ratio. The Honda Civic and the Toyota compete for the same parking spaces.
Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs roughly the same to get the Toyota Corolla to the dealership as the Honda Civic. Toyota Corolla costs markedly less than the Honda Civic.
Overview
The Honda and the Toyota Corolla have the same basic after-sale protection.
HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU,
All the best
Q: How can I lower the driver’s seat in my new 2006 Honda Civic Si?
I just bought a new Honda Civic Si coupe. I love the car but have found that I simply need more headroom. The seat is lowered as far as it will go. Is there someone that can make custom seats that could sit lower? HELP!
A: You should have test driven the car before you bought it.Trade cars and get one that fits or take it to an automobile upholstery shop and have them install custom seats.
Q: custom seat base and slider for new honda civic si?
I’m wanting to buy a new honda civic SI. When I went to check one out this weekend the seat would not adjust to give me enough leg room. I’m 6′3″ so I need an additional 4″ to 6″. A friend of mine suggested getting a custom seat base and slider to move the seat back. Has anyone ever tried this? Does anyone know anything about modding car seats? Is there another option to add leg room. Legitimate answers only please. Spare me the funny remarks.
A: check into getting a set of racing seats. sometimes you can adjust the bracket on the floor before mounting the seats to give you the extra space you need.

Q: Should I buy a new honda Civic?
I’m looking at a new Honda Civic as my second car, what do you all think of them?
A: Well, they are well screwed together, they hold onto their value well and are undoubtedly reliable. Not desperately keen on the look of the new one though, from behind they look awful, i’d be tempted to go for the old Type R, quality motor and quick with it.
Q: How much can i talk down a dealer for a new honda civic?
Im looking to buy a 2009 Honda Civic LX sedan and it is listed at 18,925 msrp but then they have an online offer for 16,450. Would they deliver it or something? Q: I want a Honda Civic (New). My soon to be job pays $7.25 per hour. How long will it be before I can get my car?
I would love a new Honda Civic but a used car will do just fine too. After researching I have found that a new one run up to about $16,000.
A: You wouldn’t even qualify for a big screen TV with that pay.
Save up and pay cash.
Q: What kind of gas mileage does a new Honda Civic SI yet?
How good does a Honda Civic SI do in the best of cirumstances, it is a car I am looking into, and am curious how it does when your not driving like a bat out of hell.
A: Rico it really does depend on how you drive the car. If it’s a manual you can see upwards 40MPG even in the SI model. Normal driving is est 31MPG HWY in the 2006 Civic SI
