Q: Hmm LGBT… :p (20 characters)?
I love the LGBT section :) So that’s why Im asking all of you this.Sorry this isn’t LGBT related.Out of the cars listed, which one is better in your opinion? It would be really helpful if you have one of the cars listed and tell me the pros and cons of it! :)

2011 Chevy Camaro (2LT)
2010 Dodge Challenger
2010 Dodge Charger
2011 Ford Mustang
2011 Honda Civic
2011 Honda Accord
2011 Toyota Corolla
2011 Lexus ES

Sorry if that’s a lot to choose from, but I want to have a better of idea of which one I should get. Thanks! :)

A: I would have to go with either the camaro or the charger :)
But a 1965 mustang always wins in my book!

Q: What do you think of the 2011 Chevrolet Caprice?
The new 2011 Caprice is only going to be available as a police vehicle for the time being. It’s based off the Holden Caprice from Australia (not the Holden Commodore/Pontiac G8 but it looks vary similar). Do you think it’s a good replacement to the Ford Crown Victoria and better suited for police work than the Dodge Charger or not? Thanks for your input.

The Caprice will use GM’s Zeta rear-wheel-drive platform the same one that underpins the Pontiac G8 and Chevrolet Camaro. Inside the car, the Caprice offers more interior room than the Crown Victoria, meaning police officers won’t be as cramped riding with all their gear. Another feature to save space is the availability of a built-in touchscreen computer system to replace the bulky laptop computers typically found in most police cruisers. Chevy also adds an extra battery and a high-output alternator to help power additional electronic accessories. Dodge uses four wheel independent suspension also.

Caprice -
Exterior Dimensions (inches)
Wheelbase – 118.5
Length – 203
Width – 74.7
Height – 58.2

Crown Victoria -
Exterior Dimensions (inches)
Wheelbase – 114.6
Length – 212
Width – 78.3
Height – 58.3

A: LS motors are the best out there.(including the “hemi”, fords motors are just plain inferior) Im guessing the independent rear suspension is shared with the new camaro. The only problem with that is that the strength is untested. Independent suspensions are in general weaker than a live axle, which may be a detriment to a police vehicle. Looks much better than an impala to me. Chevy missed the mark with the looks of both the impala and the cobalt to me. The malibu is a good looking car, but under powered, this caprice is their best bet for staying in the cop car battle. I’d sport it if they sold the civ model.

Q: when do car prices drop?
I’m planning on buying a car soon, and I was wondering when car prices drop. In a couple of weeks it’ll be 2011, so how far into 2011 can i expect used car prices to drop? for instance i have my eye on the 2006 Dodge Charger right now, and with 2011 coming, itll now be 5 years old, and i want to know when the price difference between this extra year will occur. Also, about how much do you think i can expect the average price to drop by?

A: Used car prices don’t drop on a turn of the year. Used car price of a used car drops depending on how long it’s been sitting on the dealers lot. Some used cars even go up in value depending on there availability.

Q: How Much Will It Cost?
How Much Will A Dodge Charger Cost By 2010 And Or 2011

A: $2,000 to $3,000 more than it does now

Q: what car should I get for under $20k?
ok so here are my choices…..

2006-2009 dodge charger daytona
2005-2011 ford mustang GT
2011 ford mustang V6 (starts at under 23k may b out of 500 price range bc insurance will be….on a new mustang haha. dad would be primary driver tho to lower it
2010 hyundai genesis coupe 3.8
2005-2006 pontiac GTO
I did like the nissan altima coupe until they put CVT in but not now

I am 19 and currently have a full time job and going to college part time 1 class a week and live at home with parents so I can afford $500/mo for car payment and insurance. My current car is a 2004 chrysler crossfire and this car sucks mechanically shifts hard and delayed throttle and throttle sticks and sometimes doesent want to go but no codes so mechanic says nothing he can do and its got 60k miles I want a newer car I only paid 11k for it a year ago and will trade it in. I must have automatic and i like the tiptronic option but mustang and gto dont have that option. I drive 200-250 miles a week, maybe,so no gas mileage comparisons I will pay for power. Dont just tell me to get a car becasue its faster bc i dont have to have fastest theres always a faster car then yours always. I go fast but mine does 60 in 6.8 and thats fast and my choices all beat that. I dont street race just go fast bc i want too. To get voted best answer I need links of sites that break down the cars reliability and cost to own dont just tell me a car bc its cool I’m not making the mistake of picking “cool” car like I did with crossfire. And im not considering any other cars and ive looked at every car in my price range. Thanks

A: The 2011 Mustang or the Hyundai are the best choices IMO. If you go with the Charger, definitely put an extended warranty on it.

Q: what us muscle car (NEW NOT OLD) should i get for $100,000?
i would love the new camaro but i really cannot wait till 2011, i was thinking about getting the raush mustang or the shelby gt500, or maybe the dodge charger daytona or even a viper

which is the best value for money

A: No, get the Corvette ZR1 coming out this summer. It’ll do 0-60 in 3.0 or less.

tell me what you guys think

A: Way to many miles, way to expensive to insure, way to much gas, to expensive. Just because its a Daytona you shouldn’t overpay. Especially in white.

Q: which car is cheaper over time?
which car is cheaper over time including….. insurance, gas, cost of car, routine maintenance, tires,
As for insurance I’m 19/ male but dads always primary driver to lower cost. I currently have a 2004 chrysler crossfire with 60k miles and im paying 100/mo for full coverage on it. My budget is 20k on cost of car and would like to have 0-30k miles on it and auto transmission

Q: Best used vehicle, based on reliability?
Hi, we are going to be buying a used vehicle within a month, and are doing some research as to what our options are. We are looking for a reliable vehicle that will be trouble free for a long time. Right now some of the options we are considering are: -2009 chev malibu, with 60,000 kms, 2.4.L sedan, 6 speed 4 cyl. fuel injected automatic with all the bells and whistles. Factory powertrain warranty until 2013 or 100k. $16,990.00.

-2006 pontiac torrent, 72,000 kms, loaded, factory warranty until April 2011 or 100k. $15,950.00

-2005 nissan maxima, 86,000 kms., all the bells and whistles, $16,650.00.

-2007 dodge charger, 48,000 kms., $14,900.00 (not sure if there is any factory warranty left)

-2008 pontiac grand prix, 38,000 kms., $15,900.00 (likely some factory warranty left)

-2006 nissan xtrail 96,000 kms., $16,990.00

If you have any experience with these or info. please share. Thanks!

A: hi, i had a maxima before and it was a pretty good car they run for a long time. if your looking for reliblilty get the maxima but if your looking for a good looking sweet car get the charger. any way good luck!

The new 2011 Caprice is only going to be available as a police vehicle for the time being. It’s based off the Holden Caprice from Australia (not the Holden Commodore/Pontiac G8 but it looks vary similar). It has a 6.0L V8 with variable valve timing, six-speed automatic, four wheel independent suspension, and it’s rear wheel drive. But do you think it’s a good replacement to the Ford Crown Victoria and better suited for police work than the Dodge Charger or not? Thanks for your input.

The Caprice has a larger interior volume than the Ford Crown Victoria (112 cubic feet / 3,172 liters), including nearly 4 inches (101 mm) more rear legroom. And yes it’s RWD!

Crown Victoria -
